Inevitable Change: US federal lighting efficiency standards starting in 2012 weed out incandescent bulbs altogether. In 2012, 100-watt incandescent bulbs can no longer be made, with 75-watt bulbs phasing out in 2013, and 60- and 40-watt bulbs disappearing in 2014.
Improved Productivity: Workers report less fatigue when working long hours under LED light because of less eye strain. Studies have shown that workers can be 6-8% more productive under LED light due to less fatigue and eye strain.

This means that for every 1000 watts of lighting that is saved SRP will rebate $300 of the purchase price of an LED Lighting Upgrade.
