We provide sustainable lighting solutions, products and services that reduce energy consumption by up to 90%. Our valued customers are in various industries from manufacturing to retail.
We are a full service company. We work with each customer from the initial opportunity identification to post evaluation, service and support. Our independence allows us to source products from a variety of manufacturers to ensure the best product fit and use for your facility. Our project managers maximize your time and investment dollars while minimizing the hassles involved in a lighting upgrade or retrofit. We even process utility rebates on behalf of our customers to lower initial out-of-pocket costs and improve return on investment. In addition, our exclusive Lighting Energy Efficiency Program (LEEP), enables customers to immediately realize the benefits of improved lighting efficiency while dramatically creating positive return on investment during the first year of installation.

World Impact: 20% of the electricity consumed in the world is used for lighting. LED Lighting, being 50-90% more energy efficient than traditional lighting, could reduce the world’s electricity use by 12-15%.
Inevitable Change: US federal lighting efficiency standards starting in 2012 weed out incandescent bulbs altogether. In 2012, 100-watt incandescent bulbs can no longer be made, with 75-watt bulbs phasing out in 2013, and 60- and 40-watt bulbs disappearing in 2014.
Improved Productivity: Workers report less fatigue when working long hours under LED light because of less eye strain. Studies have shown that workers can be 6-8% more productive under LED light due to less fatigue and eye strain.
Potential Tax Savings: Depending on how your purchase is financed, LED lighting upgrades could qualify as capital improvements which can be depreciated over time or as a tax-deductable straight line expense. Consult your tax advisor for potential tax savings.
Energy Rebates: Many municipalities and electricity providers sponsor Rebate Programs to encourage energy efficient lighting retrofit projects. For 2010, Salt River Project (SRP), is offering a $0.30 per watt Rebate. This means that for every 1000 watts of lighting that is saved SRP will rebate $300 of the purchase price of an LED Lighting Upgrade.
85% Energy Savings: LED lighting retrofits can offer businesses two key benefits: some fixtures can deliver up to an 85 percent energy savings and the life span of LEDs average about 50,000 hours, reports Retrofit Magazine.
Better for the Environment: LED lights are 100% recyclable. They do not contain any mercury or other harmful elements. LED lights have the smallest carbon footprint of any light source other than the sun!
